Toilet bathrom is stuck and leak water . The water suddenly hot for while hours u cant change it to cold . Also suddenly the water just stoped in the bathrom there waa no water for half a day until we talked to them for long . Breakfast for ramdan is not bad but not good al of it oils oils oils to make it look good but taste oil. They all egypt no wonder . 3/10 overall

We stay here for 4 days Overall good experience Room is clean. Shuttle available every 15 mins so no issue in going to Masjid. Also near by shops and restaurants are good

“False representation ” I have booked this hotel along with my old parents. Continuous water leakage in the toilets, washbasin very dirty, water from shower gets blocked drainage issue. Booked a room for three adults but only 2 cups, no proper wifi. No tea, coffee or water facilities as mentioned. Inspire of calling and complaining 5 to 6 times no response. Receptionist says for good internet go out of the room. For any service receptionist say call after 10:30 am and when I called after 10:30 she said room service after 4 pm. Very very dirty hotel. False representation of facts. Receptionist is very rude. One more thing receptionist is not at all cooperative nor staff. Total fake

The lifts were always full, there was only one key card given, the washroom had a leaking toilet, it felt the washroom wasn’t cleaned properly. The shuttle service was very poor, always full and nobody knew the timings.

Affordable accommodation in Meccah. One thing I like about this hotel is the breakfast included in the booking. My family and I enjoyed it and it was good food.

Baytoul ajyad hotel is a very nice hotel and the reception is very classy. It has a kettle, coffee and tea, and room service is excellent. They clean and settle what you ask of them. There is free parking for the hotel. Every 20 min free transportation. bus to haram and back to hotel. Approx 5 min walk after bas drop off point. There is an in-house barber as well for SR10 which is a big convenience for umrah pilgrims. There are bakala and restaurants on the other side of Ajyad street.
