La description

Le restaurant Hong est un restaurant chinois gastronomique situé au premier étage du Ritz-Carlton Riyadh . Avec sa récente relance, Hong présente un menu amélioré sous la direction experte de son nouveau chef. L'expérience culinaire promet d'être une exploration de la cuisine chinoise, des saveurs épicées du Sichuan aux goûts délicats des plats cantonais.

Le cadre de Hong est aussi impressionnant que le restaurant donne sur la pittoresque piscine intérieure de l'hôtel. Le restaurant a conservé son opulence d'origine, avec une riche palette de couleurs rouges, des tissus coûteux et de lourdes tables en bois garnies de porcelaine colorée.

Des entrées alléchantes comme le poulet Kou Shui à la sichuanaise aux somptueux plats principaux comme l'escalope d'agneau aux herbes et le bar vapeur à la sauce soja, le menu, bien que limité, offre une aventure gastronomique sans précédent.

Le Ritz-Carlton Riyadh abrite également le restaurant italien Azzurro et le restaurant buffet Al Orjouan . Hong est ouvert du lundi au vendredi et le dimanche de 18h à 23h. Il est situé au premier étage du Ritz-Carlton de Riyad, dans le quartier d'AlHada, sur Makkah Road.

Excellent all round service: food was delicious especially the melt in your mouth beef tenderloin in blk pepper sauce. Presentation was superb .. found nothing lacking. Must try the tea & drink service which is quite unique in itself..

I have never had such tasteful chinese food since long time ! Best in riyadh i guarantee. Try the crispy prawns in wasabi sauce as a started and the kung-pao chicken as main dish. Delicious!!

Very good food, service could be better, especially when you consider that you're eating in a such an elegant hotel. for example there was "something" in my water cup, when I informed the waiter he simply replaced it, didn't offer an apology or any other thing to improve the bad experience. The other thing they have dumplings, which aren't on the menu, and the waiter did not mention that they do, after ordering our food I asked the waiter if they serve dumplings, he said yes but they are not on the menu. You'd think its something worth mentioning not me interrogating him. Atmosphere was great.

Quite,elite and just a wonderful place for a romantic dinner..the food was very good except for the checkin kong pow but we had an amazing appetizer (dumpling mix) , a chinese tea (free as a welcome drink) and Fried rice and noodles were good too
