Worst hotel in the world. They don’t want to pay employees so the services are a nightmare. They wake up you early by mistake, the restaurant is close sometimes, they do alarm test early the morning… just dumbs peoples without brains.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Swiss International Royal Hotel, Riyadh; Mr. Nidal, (General Manager) of the hotel and all of staff were super friendly, incredibly helpful and very hospitable. As well as cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Very wonderful place the amenities were great with high quality clean rooms, and high quality service. Also we especially enjoyed the amazing restaurant and excellent yummy meals with great variety and fine value tasting menu as well as exciting food with high quality presentation, service and inventiveness, under the supervision of chef Muhammad, who had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. In general, it has been a very exceptional experience and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Riyadh Or for those who want to enjoy high-quality dining.

I can't express how amazing it is, one of the best places and best exprience I had in Riyadh. Ramdan Iftar , place ,food simply fabulous on top of that management Mr. Abu Ahmad no words would ever descrbies how amazing he is, stuff were professional. Best wishes and success all time

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. I can't wait to return and experience this fantastic hotel again!"
