Usually I prefer to stay in the Northern part of Riyadh, however, my favorite hotels were fully booked. This hotel seemed scary to me, as it has very bad ratings across different platforms, so I was prepared for the worst. However, it was not that bad (for a small local mini-hotel)
The room is spacious, cleanliness 4/5, some amenities need to be fixed, but it is not critical. Sound isolation can be improved since I have heard my neighbors discussing something
Breakfast is just fine, you get minimal choice, but it’s not crowded as in big hotels, which is a plus
Sport & entertainment amenities should be improved. 2 of 3 treadmills were not working. Overall gym equipment can be replaced. Billiards lacked the balls, table tennis - normal rackets and balls, etc. etc.
Location is fine, it’s not noisy, but you spend a lot of time on a traffic light near the Kingdom tower
Laundry was cheap (like x8 cheaper compared to other hotels), quality was fine
In room dining is questionable. The pizza reminded me of a frozen quick cheap pizza, salad was fine
