Great hotel, location at the heart of Riyadh. Highly recommended and appreciate the service given by Mr.Mohammad saleh’ : butler supervisor for assisting my team in the Royal Suite for our Bride styling. Very accommodating and excellent service.

I had such a great experience with the Spa. The lady called (Miss Ala’a ) was very welcoming and professional. She guided me to the room and served a free coffee. I believe the first impression means a lot ,and I have a very positive impact with her service. Highly recommend to my friends and family

I visited Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh yesterday around 11 am to have a coffee while waiting for an appointment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While I was still enjoying my coffee, a staff member (lady) abruptly appeared with the card machine and the bill, even though I hadn't requested it. I hadn't finished my coffee, and this premature presentation of the bill was unexpected and unwelcome. Such behavior is not acceptable, especially from a renowned establishment like Four Seasons. I have always held high expectations for the level of service and professionalism at your hotel, but this incident left me disappointed. I hope that this feedback can contribute to a better understanding of the customer experience and lead to improvements in the future.
