Royal Inn Al-Nokhba Hotel (now Maden)

As this is an old building, rooms are okay but toilets need upgrades. Food they serve are very good. Very near to Nabawi mosque.

Stayed in this Hotel for 10-11 days during Hajj 1443 (2022) with Atlas Tours and Travels Mumbai India Located at a very very short distance from Al Masjid Al Nabawi in Madinah. Adjoining and nearby Hotel Properties are *****5 star properties. Lift service to rooms was not adequate and in hotel restaurants were small and average But no complaints on any issue

First of all, I have never given a bad rating. However, I think that if you pay for something, you should also be satisfied with the service. I can well imagine that the reviews here are all fake. Wallahi what I have listed is 100% true and has not been dramatised. Unfortunately not satisfied with the hotel. We paid €2000 and actually had 3 meals included but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that we had to pay again so that we could eat at the hotel. We were here for 5 days and someone only came once to clean our room and then unfortunately it wasn't cleaned very well. There is mould in the bathroom and it is not clean either. The air conditioning doesn't work properly either too hot or too cold no perfect middle and switching it off doesn't work either. If you ask for towels you wait for hours. There are limescale in the bathroom so it's really not hygienic here. The shower head is so stupidly made you can't shower properly and the water smells of chlorine. I could list many more negative things. The only good thing is the location, unfortunately nothing more. Too bad about the money

Despite what google says (screen shots attached), the breakfast is not free and the hotel staff refused to honor when shown. The only good things about this hotel are the location and room size. Otherwise, the rooms are old and worn, the hotels next door look nicer for similar cost.

This hotel is unhygienic. A simple thing as vacuuming the carpets can make a huge difference. It's so dusty and should be reported as a health hazard. My elderly parents stayed here and they refused to allow them to move to Maden which is part of the group. I think health authorities should close these unhygienic hotels.
