Switch the Entrance and exit,because while coming from Mather road from the exit gate to Entrance took last week peak time took more than 20 minutes.

Stayed here for 33 days. Awful customer service. Room key stopped working and was told the locking system needed a new battery. Over a week later and still wasn’t replaced with no valid explanation except “engineer will fix it tomorrow”. Throughout this time, rooms were not cleaned either. Rooms are outdated and facilities are very limited. I don’t recommended for the price. Only positive is the restaurant staff are very nice and welcoming.

The appliances in the apartments are subpar and need maintenance. It's like they installed them whenever this hotel was constructed and never bothered to repair or replace them. The stove barely works, microwave is from a no name brand and seems like it's 20 years old, and the dishwasher is very basic. I need to turn off the thermostat system to regulate the temperature in the lounge because it doesn't operate otherwise. Overall, I'm highly disappointed with the facility. It is tired out and does not live up to the Mariott brand name. I'm only giving one star for the staff because they are super friendly and helpful. I can't wait to checkout of here.

I appreciate the warm atmosphere of this place and beautiful interior. The Host (when you enter breakfast) Sara is incredible!! She is so sweet and makes me feel so welcomed and it is the reason why I get excited to go for breakfast at the hotel! I stayed here long term, her welcoming energy makes you feel so at home!! Amazing service! Nice play to stay in riyadh.
