The appliances in the apartments are subpar and need maintenance. It's like they installed them whenever this hotel was constructed and never bothered to repair or replace them. The stove barely works, microwave is from a no name brand and seems like it's 20 years old, and the dishwasher is very basic. I need to turn off the thermostat system to regulate the temperature in the lounge because it doesn't operate otherwise.
Overall, I'm highly disappointed with the facility. It is tired out and does not live up to the Mariott brand name. I'm only giving one star for the staff because they are super friendly and helpful. I can't wait to checkout of here.

I appreciate the warm atmosphere of this place and beautiful interior. The Host (when you enter breakfast) Sara is incredible!! She is so sweet and makes me feel so welcomed and it is the reason why I get excited to go for breakfast at the hotel! I stayed here long term, her welcoming energy makes you feel so at home!! Amazing service!
Nice play to stay in riyadh.

Outlets need adapters for use with ksa-purchased electronics. No dishwasher in the kitchen. Bathrooms Furniture and decor is dated. Staff are friendly though.
