The hotel is clean and nice. It is spacious and big. They decorate nicely for national holidays. Their buffet is great. The food is delicious and so many options to choose from. There is a wide variety of cuisine options. The food is tasty and flavorful. The service is great. Everyone is kind and helpful. Very respectful and attentive staff.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the reception team (especially Mr. Mohamed Hakam) was friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room service staff (particularly Prem) was also very attentive and efficient. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Great stay in Riyadh. The rooms are super clean and the service is excellent. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Anthony Devan for his 5-star service and going the extra mile to keep the room tidy and clean in addition to his wonderful personality. Highly recommended!

Every time I come to Riyadh I look forward to staying here. The staff are amazing especially Raja (bell captain) Anthony and Devan (who make the rooms spotless every day) Jamal (Head Waiter) and Mohammad (F&B Captain). They all make this feel like a second home.
