Beautiful hotel. Loved the lobby interior. Plenty of underground parking across three dedicated floors so don't worry about parking your car in the scorching sun. The room was modern and more than anything very functional which helped me to turn it to an office whenever needed. Internet was also of good speed. Ordered room service and loved their range of salads. The swimming pool deserves a shout out because it's temperature controlled. They also had Jacuzzi, Sauna and steam in their gym floor at no cost. The restaurant served breakfast and had a good spread. I would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Riyadh because this hotel deserves it. i would like to thank Specifically PREM SAIDUL from Room service he is professional employee 👌

The best hotel in Riyadh. I stayed more than a month here. Staff are absolutely wonderful, but I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Antony Devan on the 4th floor. Also, a special mention to Karim of the breakfast restaurant who always take care in a quite professional way. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Great hotel, perfect location as it is just opposite my office. Staff was absolutely wonderful, right from the reception desk to staff at restaurant, at concierge desk and also the In-room dining service personnel. Pervinder Singh was specially outstanding with his courtesy, sincerity, professionalism as he delivered dinner for me in the room. Great customer service attitude from him. Daniel at Concierge desk was phenomenal in his support. Cleanliness and decor of the room was lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel should be rated 5 stars. This will be my first preference hotel for all my upcoming business visits to Riyadh. I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza and had an exceptional experience. The rooms were beautiful, the gym and swimming pool were well-maintained, and the breakfast was amazing. Special thanks to Prem from room service for outstanding service. Highly recommended for a memorable stay. Also, if you are lucky like I was, you'll see that tall worker at the breakfast restaurant, his name is Karim, I think he's Sudanese. He's one of the best with impeccable service.

I stayed almost a bit more than a week here. The breakfast and house keeping is quite up scale. If you check-in ask to be on 4th floor where Anthony Devan will take care you in a quite hospitable way. Always greeting you with a smile. You will find a lot of options in the breakfast and the staff to serve is also quite courteous. Could be good to have a staff available at the gym to welcome and guide. Overall it was a good stay.
