Although the room is nice and the beds are good, the experience was not good. First, you can't control the air conditioning and it was freezing, they should ensure that the air conditioning gives the comfort required by the client, their maintenance team should ensure that the air conditioning is good Second, the experience in the shower is the worst, there's no curtains or glass to prevent the water from reaching the bathroom's floor, once you shower the bathroom is flooded with water and you can't use it until it's dry again. A failure in 2 major comfort related issues.

I recently had an experience that left me quite disappointed. After securing a reservation through Agoda and receiving a confirmation email, I was surprised to find no room available upon my arrival. Instead of offering immediate assistance, the staff seemed more inclined to place the blame on Agoda. It is essential to remember that when a hotel chooses to partner with a third-party platform, they should also be prepared to assume the responsibility for any discrepancies that might arise. True excellence in service is exhibited through unwavering hospitality and a proactive mindset, regardless of the circumstances. While a staff member eventually proposed alternative solutions, the delay significantly impacted my experience. I believe there's much room for improvement in how such situations are managed in the future.

Very good hotel . Had upgrade to suit room with jacuzzi Bader and his colleague eve shift treated us in a very welcoming way and fast check in . Room clean large renovated and nice Breakfast is good enough .

Super comfy beds. Slept in the night like a child. Beautiful hotel and decked up gym. Also provided me a late checkout. Couldn’t have asked for more. Maybe the rooms facing the road can be avoided if possible
