I've stayed here three weeks for business, the location is excellent to be fast at the airport and enjoy many different activities in the evenings. Service has been excellent, also for me as an international guest who speaks not a single word of arabic. Beautiful suites, especially on the backside also very quiet. Nice indoor pool and sauna. With a good kitchen, fridge and microwave excellent for longer stays. I can recommend it for longer business stays, especially as the room service also is very quick and not expensive. Good laundry service, one of the most uncomplicated that I've ever used.

Good location. The staff is collaborative, they brought mattresses and blankets. Also, the kids' room is nice. The kitchen is useful, especially with the microwave. However, the parking spots are limited, and the room is a bit smelly, not suitable for people with asthma.

Rooms are very good and clean Negative: Baqala and laundry shop is a little far for people who don't prefer to walk much. Very noisy area due to opposite Daman highway. Food options are less near to this hotel Positive: Very near to STC Qurtubah Office so it will be very convenient for people working in this office. You can easily get Taxi Harris is good at this location Baqala available Tamimi, Abdullah shopping mall in this hotel. 5 Riyal shops is also there beside tamimi which is very good. Laundry shops are available near hotel.

Great value for money and for sure higher than the star rating for the hotel. Customer service is very high catering for a pampered level stay.
