All over experience is good,Staff is cooperative neat n clean washroom n Hotel is very near to haram gate No 309 310.i reach on 28th April to 1st May. InshaALLAH we will choose Taif Al Nebras again.

Hotel location was amazing and near to Masjid e Nabwi. The only issue is hotel service and cleanliness of rooms.

Bugs found in beds. Very bad.

I regret to say that my recent stay at Taif al Nebras was utterly disappointing. From the moment I entered the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The bed sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks, and the room itself was in dire need of a deep clean. The washroom was downright filthy, with grime and mildew in every corner. But what truly made the experience unbearable was the abysmal management. It was clear that the staff lacked any semblance of professionalism or care for their guests. Requests for basic amenities were met with indifference, and any complaints fell on deaf ears. The overall atmosphere was one of neglect and apathy, leaving me feeling like a burden rather than a valued guest. In summary, my stay at Taif al Nebras was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise against booking a room here unless you have a high tolerance for filth and incompetence. Save yourself the trouble and seek accommodation elsewhere.

Very poor service. NO WiFi signal in room . washroom condition is also very bad water is leaking BEDSHEETS is not clean Staff behaviour is very rude Not Recommended to anyone 1 out of 10
