Hotel is very near to the Masjid-al-nabwi. Rooms are ok. Would like to give 5* for the restaurant staff on the 1st floor..who managed to serve us sehri Alhumdulliha...when he had closed and cleaned up alredy.

The room was pathetic.....old furnished...all furniture were damage condition....No room service....no bed sheets change ....no accessories for wash room were available.... over all poor quality...only good thing staff behaviour was good warm welcoming and very near to Masjid Al Haram( Madinah) 5 minutes walk to womens gate#25.

It was near to haram gates both ladies nd men ..no housekeeping done as long as we Stayed I.e 3 days nd beds shud b replaced.,but was good nd clean .alhumdulillah

Just one word “Pathetic” staff is extremely lame and unprofessional, waited here for 5 hours to get the room which was pre-booked and when got it it was not even cleaned. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

WiFi not available in rooms only in lobby, washroom tiles are dirty, no microwave ovens, TV not working, room carpets required cleaning, old furniture, over all just fine.
