Great hotel for a 3 star. Stayed there few months ago for Umrah and loved the hotel. Rooms are decent size and clean. It’s about 10min walk to Haram so was a really good choice. We also got breakfast included and there is plenty of variety and drinks. Alhamdulillah.

Clean, big rooms , decent beds and good service. Wifi is slow and disconnects often. Location is far about 20 min walk to haram longer during peak time but is great location for food many restaurants within 2-3 min walk. Price is reasonable.

This isn't bad for a three star hotel. Having tried 5 star hotels, this seemed to be the more affordable option in Ramadan, with a decent distance. Decor is nice. Service is friendly Hotel entrance smells nice and they have a cafe Lifts aren't too busy They offer buffet breakfast and dinner, bit pricey to be honest so we didn't go for it. Rooms are nice, however the bathroom isn't grouted properly, and there is musky mouldy smell. It's not too bad. Floor is marble, so its a bit cold. Location is a 10-15 min walk to the haram. There's lots of Pakistani restaurants nearby.

Stayed at Emaar Grand for our trip to Makkah to perform umrah. The hotel was in a perfect location. The hotel rooms need refurbishing as it looks very old. Breakfast needs improving as there is not much to eat and to be honest was not worth paying extra to get Bed and Breakfast. Also the hotel management needs to speak to the local police officers and allow customers transportation to come in. Police officer are funny and won’t allow drivers to enter so taking out luggage became a nuisance as we had to carry it ourselves to the border point. Overall it is a good hotel and there are so many food/gift shops nearby.

We had an amazing experience! We were travelling with two elderly ladies and all of our requests were met. Manager personally dealt with all of our matters. Made our stay better that we could have imagined. Highly recommended, great staff who do their best to help you.

Dar Aleiman Grand Hotel is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. A very large hotel comprising 20 floors with more than 640 rooms. Rooms are clean, spacious and in better conditions. All of the workers are doing a tremendous job. You will be amazed by the great hospitality offered. Rooms are available at a very good price. Located on the main road, half a kilometer from Haram. A variety of foods available inside and outside the hotel. Other amenities include 2 informal restaurants, as well as a casual coffee shop.
