This place is very relaxing and beautiful. The service too is very good! All of the people are very accommodating & kind, we will surely comeback here and make more memories because our first vacation here is very memorable and happy.. specially thanks to concierge padam,filipe and reception...

I went to seafood buffet yesterday (every Thursday) with my friends and it was amazing! Super friendly staff at the Primavera restaurant thanks to F&B manager Mr. M Ali & chef Ghazal. Food was delicious and lots of variety in salads and hot dishes, including sushi. Grilling station where you can have as much as you want from fish, crab and shrimps; I liked it the most. Desserts are fairly good, can be better though. We got complimentary bottle of water.

Every thing in this hotel is much better ,especially house keeping and we are completely satisfied to all the services we get. The laundry manager MALIK MUNEER is so kind and gentle, he is very sincere toward his work. This hotel is so good at every thing. All the staff are so generous and good.

My experience was very good, especially the Health service was perfect, the Sauna, Moroccan bath and the gym and pool were all 10/10 with exceptional service from Mr.Faisal. The reception I would give them a 3/10 tbh, no one came to take the luggage from me. The reception girls are so lazy, didn't even bother to smile or give me information about the wifi, the restaurant time or the services offered unless I asked about everything. The rooms I would say 7/10, the bathroom is perfect, beds are comfortable but the there isn't much noise isolation from the neighboring rooms and the windows glass is super dirty. The food is a straight 9/10 and the room service is perfect.

When we first came, there was a little bit of an issue with the rooms but it got solved in the end. We got free breakfast and dinner for the inconvenience. During dinner, the person who was the most accommodating was Nasir. I would give him 11/10 if I could. He was super friendly, attentive and very helpful. Loved my experience, 10/10.
