Crowne Plaza Al Khobar

Ahmed Tahani Ayoub at the restaurant were absolutely stunning in their service delivery. I haven't been met with a crew of waitstaff and chefs at hotels who are so particular about serving their guests and making them feel welcome. Ayoub literally wouldn't allow a guest to be left without that which they needed and very politely would ask if there were anything extra they may need so that they don't bother themselves going to the buffet. Premium service is exemplified by him in anticipating guest's needs. Ahmad was incredibly welcoming and polished in his approach by genuinely and warmly welcoming guests and offering any extra assistance. He never kept himself idle and seems like the most professional f&b connoisseur there is. Tahani was such a brilliant chef in making me a delicious omelette within seconds and constantly checking up on the offerings at the buffet - incredibly efficient for a chef in my opinion. Further to this Abdullah at Front office made me feel at home immediately with his warm smile and sincere welcome upon check-in as well as detailing check-in procedures rather swiftly and effortlessly. As a hotelier he exudes very obvious passion and knowledge regarding his role and carries the brand in his stride. He handled my queries very promptly and throughly and it just made me feel like I was experiencing something a few segments higher than a Crowne Plaza which is wonderful. Credit to the property for handpicking and retaining such wonderful staff. God bless

Great Service in all areas. Front Office, Room service, housekeeping, restaurants and coffee shop staff were polite, friendly and eager to help. Nice rooms as well. Definitely meets and even betters the crown plaza service.

The hotel is situated at the prime location of Khobar. Malls and supermarkets are very accessible plus transportstion is not difficult. Hotel staffs are courteous and very helpful. Thank you to Michael Noel who assisted me during my stay even going out of his way to ensure that I have the most comfortable check in and out. His polite demeanor stands out. I will certainly go back here the next time I visit Al Khobar.
