Probably the worst IHG hotel you will stay at.
1- the rooms are quite old, the first room i got was so bad, thermostat isn’t working. You freeze to death. I changed it after 3 days.
2- the restaurant options are very limited, just fine
3- the access control cards are the worst, you have to go back everytime to the reception to get new one. As if it is single use.
4- i had an issue with the internet in my room as well as the phone isn’t working. And no one seem to care.
5-Housekeeping is not so well, they have to put shower gel and all stuff without having to call them and ask for it.
The only reason i am putting 2 stars because I know IHG cares, I regularly stay at IHG. But this one i am not sure it is up to IHG standards. and I hope this is taken as constructive feedback.
My stay is for more than 10 days.

I appreciate your reply to the review post, however if you have really been concerned about my stay and actually checked up with the team you would have known that I was still a guest your hotel. My first review was before my check out.
