Good location for my work. Staff were super nice. Room was comfortable and a good size. Coffee was only ok...but this is a small moan to be fair.

Rooms are well-maintained and have a good view of the Kingdom tower, if you choose to have city view. The staff at breakfast was incredibly hospitable. The food could use some improvement but overall had a good experience.

The staff were great as was the food. The inflexibility of the management team, considering I lived there for 6 weeks, was inconceivable. I was treated like a child and not respected as a professional. Sidebar: at the rate per night, don't think you reserved a suite! True disappointment as an Elite member of Marriott's system.

Rooms are well maintained, staff are cheerful, supportive and prompt. Despite the rooms are smaller than le meridian and Hayat but they are well maintained. Internet is working good but tend to go ideal when mobile go on standby. The missing star is for the selection of breakfast buffet, it could have more variety, and the water pressure in the showers is a little slow. I love the view out of the window and the glass panoramic elevators. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
