The worst place you could stay at. Poor service, bad customer service, bad pillows, lying and contradictory information. Besides all, the noise is so loud you can’t even sleep. With the same price you can find a much better hotel. I’m sure it is not a 4 star hotel.

There is construction nearby and they never stopped using hammers whole night till morning. It was endless noise. I would definitely double check if this is over before you book any rooms. The best part of the hotel is location.

I often travel to Riyadh for work/pleasure and stay at the Courtyard Marriott. It has a fantastic location as well as great amenities. What really sets this hotel apart from other hotels in the area is the service. In particular, I am always recognised by Majeed and greeded warmly. Majeed's attention to detail, 5 star customer service and warm hospitality is a major reason why I keep coming back. In addition the rooms are fantastic and very well furnished. I truly feel at home here and will definitely keep coming back. Keep up the great work team!

I did not stay at the hotel . I was with a group having dinner at Chef marriot restaurant . Needless to mention how pleasant , professional, and nice staff they are . Well conditioned restaurant . The staff were attentive to small details . It was very quiet, which I liked very much . Food is delicious, and the steak was real medium done . I asked the staff to take for us many photos . Exceptionally clean . Many parking spaces outside .

The location of the hotel is excellent. 2 minutes walk from the Four Seasons Hotel. The cleanliness is excellent. The two persons on my floor were cleaning the rooms meticulously. Thank you to Mr Saluhuddin (cleaner) and Umesh (supervisor) for taking care of every detail and ensuring the highest standard of hygiene and safety. Rooms - well designed Cleanliness - excellent Faculties / dining - very good Lobby - Excellent ambiance Staff overall very very polite and accommodating
