The place which has a restaurant on the 10th floor and the food served is Arabic food. The food served is Arabic food. And they are offering an iftar buffet for the Ramadan period. Overall it is a fine place to dine.

One of the best hotel in Riyadh and my first preference always. Clean and spacious rooms... Very good aroma. Clean carpets and furniture. Spacious bathrooms. Big flat TV. Breakfast is amazing.. With many choice of dishes and tasty

It’s a nice hotel at a relatively convenient location. It’s clean, and the reception area is superb. There’s always cold lemon water, Saudi coffee, and dates available during day time! We live on the fifth floor, and it’s a pity that the it could be quite noisy at night. Besides, not everything was prepared for us by the time we arrived. They only provided us with one set of necessities for two people, so we had to request for another set from housekeeping. Most importantly, they don’t have a first aid kit / bandaid available at the hotel.

The overall experience of this hotel was ok. First, I would like to talk about the staff. Everyone was very friendly and I was never met without a smile. The breakfast was not bad because of all the verity. However, I am very disappointed with the move the receptionists pulled as soon as I got into my room. I was given a room fit for disabled people. I don’t know how this is even possible because of the obvious reason that I am not disabled. Everything was set for a person with a wheelchair. From mirrors and light switches on the wall being lowered to a wheelchair level, to the bathroom installed equipment. All I got from the reception is “we are sorry we are fully booked”. This would’ve been easily avoided by informing me BEFORE paying for the room. I was not offered any compensation whatsoever.
