Good: +Location near restaurants +Hotel Dinner (Sahoor in Ramadan) Free bus to Al Haram Bad: -Average cleaned room, maintenance required in bathroom cabinets, closets etc., -Bus shuttle service not following the schedule. You have to wait for an hour or more every time even if you reach the spot on time as per schedule.

It is clean, I stayed at this hotel at 07/Apr/2022. Reasonable price if you book it from Booking.com. The food at this hotel is good. The rooms nice and clean and smell good. The staff there needs to be more polite or be more nice. ( I understand the staff facing different kinds of ppl and they have stress and work pressure however they need to be trained to be more professional and a little kind to customers) all kinds of staff for ex: room service, receptions , bus driver, restaurant representatives. Overall was good experience and convenient experience.
