Afraa Hotel Al Aziziyah

It was my first experience in Saudi Arabia and literally this hotel amazed me it has a free bus service till Haram , Laundry , services are best and the other thing is you can find everything nearby sorry I can't write in arabic but I loved it ❤️

Nice place with clean rooms but the ladies in reception aren't cooperative and unorganized. The hotel is so far from Haram you must take the hotel's bus or taxi to get there.

Excellent place to stay, breakfast also good. enjoyed a lot by staying in this hotel.

Reception staff need communication skills. One broke out into an argument with another while she couldn't find our booking. We journeyed a long way, hungry and tired and they said they can't find our "confirmed" booking and also that they would never have sold rooms at that rate in their email. And tried to make us book higher rate rooms knowing it was Ramadan and everywhere there was no rooms. We had to contact our agent in UK who swiftly put them in the right place. From there on it was all good. The rest of hotel cleaners etc were so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is lovely. Great location, clean rooms and bathroom. Great location with all sorts of shops and access to travel. Comfy clean beds, air con etc. WiFi is very choppy and slow most times but we got by! Overall good stay as long as you don't have to ask hard faced Reception ladies anything. Avoided them!

One of the best hotels in Alazyziah. I was there in Ramadan (last 10 days) and it was very nice atmosphere. They prepared the biggest hall for pray and transfer to Haram. Iftar was very nice and staff is very helpful. Thanks to all people and especially to general manager (Miss Fayza) for the great care. I can recommend Afraa Hotel for nice Umra/Haj time. It was full booked and the guests are acting very messy especially in the restaurant (especially kids) and partners are not teaching them the right way of handling. I will come for sure back here Inshaallah
