Afraa Hotel Has The Best Service And Friendly Staff U Will Get A Royal Feel There Although Rooms Are Little Small But Its Maintained Very Nicely And Has All The Luxuries, The Location Is Very Good On Main Road Where You Will Find All Restaurants, Grocery Shops And Much More By Just Walking, They Also Has Bus Service For Free To Haram Before And After Prayers But I Didnt Use It So Can't Comment On That Much, Although If U Are Looking To Book This Hotel In This Area Just Go For It, Its Perfect

Very clean and well put together hotel. Only thing was that it was a bit far from Haram, but will definitely stay again!

Bad experience I booked for over a week but I don’t recommend this hotel no room service for cleaning nor for bringing the room supplies The room really needed maintenance they had only one bus to haram so we had to wait long time to get one

Very decent hotel much better than others in Makah although little further away from the Al haram but there is a free shuttle bus was very helpful the area have decent food outlooks near by and we love Adan tea , fresh juice shop . Also al baik restaurant only 1.2 km from hotel but it’s very busy branch so you can make your order from app. And collect from branch .
