El salón Masharef es un salón magnífico. El personal es muy agradable y amable. La decoración es sencilla y elegante. El ambiente es agradable y tranquilo. El área de descanso es cómoda. El salón está limpio y ordenado. Salón ofrece aperitivos ligeros, deliciosos postres. Bebidas frías y calientes especiales como latte, chocolate caliente, latte de pistacho con chocolate helado, etc. Tienen pizza, hamburguesas, tiras de pollo, etc. El salón Masharef está dentro del Swissotel Al maqam en la planta baja, Makkah.

I am very impressed with the lady at the reception Bayan. She was very helpful despite being very kind to the heart’s content. I am speechless.. Because of these people I will come again to this hotel. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to come to the holy place.

This hotel isn’t anywhere close to 5 star. The great thing is the location. Reception wait time is horrible as there are only few people working than counters available. We booked a room with three beds. Two adults and one 8 year old child. When we got to the room there were only two single beds. I called the receptionist and they said they will send up a crib. When I told them the child was 8 years old her just said “oh okay”. I thought we would be getting a new room enough for three beds. Instead they just squeezed another bed so there was no space left in the room. Great location but if you want the 5 star experience this hotel isn’t it. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Great hotel with easy access to the mosque & within a big shopping mall. Staff are great specially the one in the bellman Muhammad Sumon very friendly,kind and helpful. Front desk and concierge staff are good but not very informative. Room was clean, good condition furniture, good amenities overall but no coffee machine . Room was really quiet. The room service is available 24 hours with nice menu to order at anytime.

Check in was fast and easy, thanks to Faisal. Room was amazing with an incredible Kaaba view. I had seen some negative reviews about the bathrooms but it was very good, just on the smaller side. The shower pressure was incredible. Everyone was helpful and spoke great English. 10/10

The Swiss Maqam in mecca was wonderful. The staff is so attentive and their service is excellent. I wanted to give a special thank you to Tabish he is wonderful and helpful. He run around making sure everything is perfect for the guests. Hardest workers I’ve seen in a long time. Would gladly come back to this hotel in future
