Well to start the rooms were dated and the facilities were mainly unusable or broken. The service was bad, the receptionist personal were all rude, the manager never bothers to consider when you try to communicate what's wrong, and to end it the laundry service was too expensive. The location was good, the hotel emplacement was close to a local sooq and to the mosque itself The location was the only good thing, the staff and the service were very bad, and the management even worse.

Beautiful hotel, clean and great service. Rooms are a bit small. The location with regards to the distance from Masjid Nabawi is excellent for men but very far for ladies. The view from our room was excellent as we could see the green dome.

We booked three rooms and none of these was ready when we arrived. When we did get rooms one had bad smoke stink. That room was changed and changed once again because bathroom was too small. All rooms were not close to the standard you expect for 5 stars establishment. Room service took ages. Room amenities were extremely poor. Beds were uncomfortable. TVs are old style and do not have the facility to mirror. Cleaning staff was good but that did not improve the overall experience specially when you have stayed in ihg properties elsewhere. Building is tired and worn. It is not very close to haram. Breakfast is not bad.

Excellent staff and customer service. It is like home away from home . Very polite and helpful staff no matter if reception, restaurant or room service . Breakfast and lunch 100% healthy and fresh . Staff at reception desk is amazing , bilingual therefore no issue communicating in English. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to visit Madina must stay at Crown Plaza Hotel .

A very good experience. It was more than amazing trip and the hotel is highly recommended. Rooms , staff, restaurants and hospitality are extremely excellent. Cost to benefit is very reasonable. I will be back in December and will be pleased to repeat this experience. Greetings to all staff and special thanks to GM Mr.Mohammed Ramadan.
