Please skip this place! The service is terrible. No one picks up from the front desk, room service, house keeping etc. The carpets haven't been cleaned in ages and hot water kettle leaked all over the place when we tried to use it. For the price there are many other better option. Only positive for this place is the location; near the Haram, but like I said, there are other options. Last time staying here...

Broken window handle ,so much noise from outside as a result of the window not closing . Called them to fix it but no action was taken.. The shower gel is better to be avoided,it will dry out your skin and I don't have sensitive skin for those who have that may God be with them! Not really a 5 star..maybe 3 at best

The most pathetic hotel how come it's 5star it's lower than a 2 star. Rooms are dirty and small specially the evening reception staff is very ill mannered and rude. The girls don't listen to us properly and bald man in staff shouted at my kids I'm regretting my decision for booking this hotel for 4 nights. Very very bad management. Crown is a big chain is got misguided by fake reviews

Food: we ate the vegetarian starter platter, pizza , woke gravy (Chinese) and hakka noodles. Starters and pizza were amazing 5/5. Chinese was also decent but not outstanding like the other food items. I took brownie frappe and it was great. Ambience: it's decent if not the best. But for the price point they operate in, I think they r doing fine. Service: The server was a bit distracted and little bit agitated. I will not mention his name as I have my feedback discreetly to Mr harsh, food manager. He was very nice and welcoming. Overall: for for the food, look for dineout or eazydinner coupon first as they guarantee decent discount. Ps: they do not remove service charge of 10% so estimate that in the costing. I do not criticize that as cost of running operations is very high these days. Just don't ask to remove it as they won't remove. Maybe if they can bring it down to 5% ,no one will complain.

We arrived Sunday evening and checked in with no problems, however we had a slight issue with our room. Once we reported this it was very quickly resolved and additionally we were upgraded to a VIP suite and also given complementary snacks. Very good service and we would highly recommend you check it out. Also very close to Al Masjid Al Nabawi.
