The service at this hotel is immaculate. Especially in the buffet during breakfast and dinner. One person in particular is Nasir Ali. He greeted my family every morning when we walking and made sure to always accommodate our needs especially for a group of 6. We will definitely be back for the great service the delicious buffet they have to offer here.

The rooms are very small comparing to the service provider as crown plaza. The furniture is very old. The mattress is not even and leaning to right side. The need to refurbish the place fully. It's worth 50 % of the money I am paying now. I paid for 3 night but I am leaving to another hotel tomorrow cheaper and much better executive room in less price than this standard room although it's 4 stars but i saw the room and it looks much better. If they maintain this level of building and assets they need to consider themselves as 2 or max 3 stars.

Had a short stay here and upon arrival we received a pretty cold and stand-off ish reception by the two ladies at the reception. We tried to brush this as the member of staff helping us with our bags was lovely and highly informative which was very helpful. The breakfast at this hotel was amazing, so many options! They had a waffle & pancake station, fresh fruit, an abundance of lovely pastries and so much more! Definitely worth adding breakfast as an extra! The rooms are okay, not the biggest but manageable so no dramas.

The staff was helpful and friendly but the rooms were horrible. The ventilation was atrocious. The power outlets barely charged anything. One of the spot lights sparked over our heads and the electricity in the entire room went out.

I booked two rooms for one night, and unfortunately, we weren't able to sleep, so we checked out at midnight the same day and had to drive back to Jeddah after we finished our visit to Haram. The rooms were smelly, the carpet was dirty, and air-conditioning was noisy. These things would be acceptable and expected when booking in 4 stars less hotel, but not for 5 stars hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
