The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and professional. From the concierge to housekeeping, everyone made our stay seamless and enjoyable.

I recommend saying this hotel. The service are excellent. Especially tha room boy Mr. Ali hosen. Very helpful & smile face.

By western standards in our experience it was 3 stars.
There was a problem in our bathroom that took 4 queries and 2 days to sort out.
The shuttle bus is decent but it is not that easy to walk otherwise to the Haram.

Room is suitable for comfortable stay but it small, the staff are very respectful and helpful.
The hotel has all services: market, gift store, barber shop, cafeteria & cloth store. Also, two buses are available 24 Hours from hotel to haram. Good value comparison with others.
