Really enjoyable stay.
24 hour supermarket and shopping complex within the hotel.
Shuttle bus is almost always available 24/7.
Hotel staff very nice especially Hussain shams at morning breakfast

The room was clean and the breakfast was lovely
I liked the accommodation and will repeat the experience in this hotel
The reception staff were good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Honestly, my experience was wonderful and successful.

it really does not deserve 5 star for this hotel , though it is near to haram , the room service is very very bad. No one bothers to attend , had to goto reception and then call the room service . The bathroom had a very dirty dirty smell , and not cleaned upon checkin. There are much much better hotels than this .Only benefit is near to macca via shuttle only , Still doesnt make much difference . Rooms are big thats ok , Service , cleanliness all big zero

There was some mishap in the beginning but it was more than made up for by the Chief Concierge himself, Mr. Abdul Rashid. Amazing person and a consummate professional. Highly recommended. Rooms are spacious with many amenities. Shuttle service is always available right outside the main entrance.

Rooms were good
Wifi was Poor (Non-existent) even Mobile Data was not working properly on site
Only hot water was coming from both side (No Cooling mechanism for water I assume)
AC was good, fridge was good, kettle was working
They sent a man to fix plumbing issue but he was unable to
Elevators were enough (no need to wait longer for lifts)
Shuttle Service is remarkable (ample buses) no need to worry about distance (24/7 good bus service)
Official checkout time is 12 PM, I asked for late checkout, they will charge you 120 Riyal for 4 hours extra (a bit high)
