It was better when I came before. Very bad reception desk and room service. They ask you uf you need anything and they do nothing. We requested some simple things for more than 7 times and we didn't get any. They didn't clean the room for 3 nights.. It was a bad experience and the last time to check in there.

Very good and spacious rooms. Good restaurants, shops, barber saloon and a convenient shop on Mezzanine floor. Shuttle bus service to/from Alharam all day.
