Microwave was not working in our suite, complaint 3 times no replacement came. Ac was cooling more in room and less in hall. Fridge was making too much of noise, very hot water during day time even in cold taps. Arabic Buffet was good. Should have more food store at mezzanine floor. There is only one. Bus service is fine. Overall rooms are spacious and good condition. Service cleaning staff comes every day and are very humble.

The level of customer service was absolutely low. Poor housekeeping. Front desk didn't answer the calls. Had to go multiple times to the front desk to get the required room essentials. Nothing like a International chain standard

The main advantage is the constant presence of the bus in front of the hotel. Otherwise, - The receptionist (Ibrahim) was not nice at all and was unhelpful.. when I asked to change the room he didn't care at all, and neither did his manager. - The room furniture was a bit old and not in good condition. - The TV was not working.. and I asked to change it. - I found a (wet) towel in the toilet, and then told the room service and the manager but they didn't care!! - For sure it is not a 5 stars hotel!! - Generally, bad experience

The rooms are good and large but there is practically no room service. Nobody comes to clean unless asked. The reception never really has anything that you request. But then again, the amount of people visiting this hotel is probably in the millions so I wouldn't judge it too harshly.

Clean. Comfortable. Very easy to go to Haram with 24/7 bus in just 2 minutes
