Fantastic hotel , clean & tidy . spacious suite. Good value for money. Pretty close to the Haram although there is a shuttle service too if you are feeling lazy. Maybe an elderly person may have to rely solely on the 2 minute shuttle ride which is frequent and reliable. The only negative is that wifi was very poor.

It was a very pleasant stay for us. Hotel is very neat and clean.The atmosphere is very good. Very helpful staff from top to bottom.
Cleaning staff came to clean every day.
The hotel is only 5 min away from Haram by walking.
Breakfast was included for us. It was a buffet and one of the best breakfast buffet so far we had.
Thank you for everything and in Sha Allah we will come back.

My first time experience in this hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful taking all our bags to the room. We got booked in nice and easily. Our rooms were big given the right amount of space for a normal family. Nice and clean beds and bathrooms. Such an amazing view from the window. Housekeeping was amazing and kept on top of cleaning. The breakfast of this hotel was extremely delicious given a wide variety of stuff to eat and drink. All waiters were nice and managers were friendly and respectful. Transport to the hotel was decent. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this great hotel and I will definitely come back to this amazing hotel again. ??????????????????

Excellent service, Really nice rooms it gets cleaned without you even having to mention it Breakfast was amazing 10/10 lots of great options friendly staff special thanks to Mahmoud Salem for an amazing stay.
P.s They have some really great cookies at the reception just got to ask.

The hotel is relatively new. It is beautiful and the staff are courteous. The staff do their best to make the clients happy. The negative thing here is that there's a constant stench from the drainage holes in the bathrooms, it's very disgusting. It's a short walk to the Haram and the hotel pro ides a bus shuttle to convey the elderly as well. The shuttle isn't reliable however and clients have to join the shuttle for the nearby Marriot and Hilton hotels. It would be good if the management can work harder on the housekeeping service and the rooms aren't exceptionally cleaned by the staff. I'm not even sure the housekeeping staff use an hoover there's dirt on the floor. I had to request a room change due to cleanliness. Y
