Good comfortable stay, even though little expensive. Value for money. Food is good. Good access to Haram with round the clock shuttle service

For a 5 star hotel, they offer 10 star service. I would like to thank the receptionist from the front desk and the restaurant for amazing customer service. Big thanks to the manager in the breakfast area for always looking out for our needs. Lastly, appreciation for Mohammed Yusuf and the housekeeping crew for keeping the room nice and tidy as well as getting me my forgotten items after checking out of the room. I will be sure to come back and recommend everyone else to do the same!

Since 1 hour, i try to call you and you guys are hanging up. I guess you can't speak English. But to hanging up all the time when you realize that you can't speak that's very rude and unprofessional. There's also not possible to send you a email to ask you my questions. Very poor and unprofessional!
I got a randomly message from your computer, I can’t even respond!!! And this gentleman from front office who answer me, he doesn’t accessed !

I stayed at Hilton double tree and the experience was excellent msA. The staff all work very hard from the cleaners, front desk, restaurant, and management. Excellent service! The only thing I would mention, I was asked to leave a review on a daily basis - as long as you provide a good service, you'll get a good review :)

Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Lobby area is beautifully designed and food is delicious. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Shuttle bus to/from haram available around the clock and it is just 3 minutes drive. 4 stars only because I was promised a laundry bag and never received one.
