Good for double bed rooms. They put small extra beds for triple and quad in same room size. Great location as you’re right next to the latest haram extension which has plenty of room for prayer

It's a lovely hotel and the service is great however the quad rooms were much too small and squashed. We barely had any space to pray our sunnah prayers. They really should make the quad rooms bigger because I didn't expect such a small squashed room from a 5 star hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and I can definitely recommend it. The location is great, close to the mosque and you will always come to every prayer at time. The rooms are a little smaller than I expected, but with very comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy throughout the hotel and room. People are always at your service if you need anything in your room. The breakfast was good. The food was fresh, hot and varied, sometimes I found something too greasy and too spicy, but I realized that people there just love it that way. 👍🏻

A great convenient location just a few minutes walk from the Haram. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Good cleaning team. As with anything Makkah these days, any kind of service is expensive. On par, if not more expensive than the UK, however that is the same everywhere.
Highly recommended and definitely a good hotel.

Great location 5 min walk to Haram with connecting escalators entrance, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, fabulous staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever specially Ms. Amani the supervisor, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was
Yummy with international menu and staff were very attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future! 😃
