I’ve experienced a great treatment from the staff, they gave us an upgrade to the haram view and they were very polite while dealing with us. The hotel is very clean and it’s just perfect, the buses are available all the time to reach the haram easily.
Oh and they have the most amazing cookies as to welcome you ! I’ll come back for the cookies double tree

Entrance and lobby area is beautiful. Very nice rooms but furniture (like chairs and sofas) had stains, even in the lobby. Bus service is amazing! Always available and drops off at a convenient location, just in front of the haram. Breakfast was great tho I think it can use a little more variety and some less meat dishes. Overall good experience.

Very beautiful hotel. Clean and neat. We were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. The bathrooms are a bit small and the airconditioner in the room was faulty. Elevators take a bit long even though the hotel was not crowded at all. Breakfast was beyond amazing. The head waiter named Saddam Hussein was very very good and checked on all guests throughout the breakfast and made sure we had everything. Shuttle was good and came regularly. The signature Double Tree cookies were not available which was sad.

Fantastic choice for anyone visiting the holy city of Makkah, we had a near perfect stay. The staff is extremely professional & hospitable. Rooms are spacious & well kept. Breakfast had great variety & taste. To commute to the holy mosque one has to use the shuttle service, it’s a 3 minute drive & there is always a vehicle waiting so that’s really not an issue unless one has to maneuver a baby pram or a wheelchair.
Would definitely recommend & look forward to our next stay.

Why would I write it in your website I will write it here so everyone can see it!! Even though it was just opened in 2019 the rooms are not clean?? Even the dining area not clean as well!! And food collection is limited and the area is so small and overcrowded. the hotel is very far from alharm and the bus during Ramadan rush hours average waiting is more than one hour!!! Will not visit it again nor do I recommend it to anyone!
