I had an excellent experience at your hotel, particularly at Zafran Restaurant. The food, ambiance, and service were all of the highest quality, and I was especially impressed with the attentiveness and professionalism of one of your staff members, Ahmed. Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable, always greeting us with a warm smile and providing helpful assistance. Amazing hotel! Would recommend to everyone. Service is amazing. Hotel is still in the works but it is the best hotel I’ve stayed in and a very nice looking hotel. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Room service staff would always ask if we need anything and promptly give us anything we need. The location is very close, literally a 5 minute walk and they also offer shuttle buses which come every 5 minutes to drop and pick up near the masjid. Would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel , clean & tidy . spacious suite. Good value for money. Pretty close to the Haram although there is a shuttle service too if you are feeling lazy. Maybe an elderly person may have to rely solely on the 2 minute shuttle ride which is frequent and reliable. The only negative is that wifi was very poor.

It was a very pleasant stay for us. Hotel is very neat and clean.The atmosphere is very good. Very helpful staff from top to bottom. Cleaning staff came to clean every day. The hotel is only 5 min away from Haram by walking. Breakfast was included for us. It was a buffet and one of the best breakfast buffet so far we had. Thank you for everything and in Sha Allah we will come back.

My first time experience in this hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful taking all our bags to the room. We got booked in nice and easily. Our rooms were big given the right amount of space for a normal family. Nice and clean beds and bathrooms. Such an amazing view from the window. Housekeeping was amazing and kept on top of cleaning. The breakfast of this hotel was extremely delicious given a wide variety of stuff to eat and drink. All waiters were nice and managers were friendly and respectful. Transport to the hotel was decent. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this great hotel and I will definitely come back to this amazing hotel again. ??????????????????
