The room service is excellent and the room cleaning is more than perfect, the bathroom is super clean thanks to this young man called Mizan Ur Rahman . I like the hot shower and the kitchen, they're so comfortable, this made feel like at home. The hotel room is super big and with a fantastic Haram view.

I had a positive experience during my stay. The breakfast provided was very good,
While the bed mattresses in the first room were comfortable, the ones in the second room were not up to par. However, the staff promptly addressed this issue and replaced the mattress for me, ensuring my comfort.
I encountered challenges with weak internet connectivity, but the attentive staff went above and beyond to assist me by changing my room, resolving the issue promptly. Despite being at a distance, the view of the Alharam was good, even its from a far angle.
Furniture seemed a bit dated. Nevertheless, the standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the outstanding crew. Their dedication and helpfulness greatly contributed to a positive overall experience.

I’ll write my experience in English so that my brothers and sisters who don’t speak arabic can understand and benefit from it.
Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the food we ordered was delicious and the prices were acceptable. The service was very quick and amazing.
Would definitely go back to it if i ever had the chance to visit mecca again 🙏🏻.

I will never stay here again, we come here almost every year and all of the hotels have better service than here. We asked them to clean our room several times, left the cleaning sign on the door but they didn't clean for 2 days. Once they cleaned it, they basically put back the same bedsheets and didn't clean the bathroom, didn't leave any towels, and didn't leave any shampoos. When we asked, we needed towels. He told my husband very rudely, you can only get 2 towels that you already got. Extreme rude people, extremely bad service. Overall Movenpick is really not a good hotel pick as we booked through same hotel in Madina and it was even worse.

I had a great experience there. Everything is perfect and most importantly, the eco-friendly patterns they are using.
The open buffet I had was in Al Naim restaurant. The food there is so good and the service was super nice. Really helped my peace there.
