The room was extremely tiny with paper thin walls, from which you could hear everything. There isn’t even enough room to pray. There were limited sockets in the room, none of which worked.
The room was dusty and not well kept. The vents were not cleaned and I got sick the second day from staying here. The breakfast buffet was terrible, a lot of the food tasted stale/ old. The elevator system is really difficult to navigate. I do not recommend staying here. I have no clue how it has 4.8 stars

Rooms were a little dated. Service overall from Reception to room service was great. However service in Nasim Restaurant was exemplary, top service providers were Mujeeb, Nasim Mohammed, Abu Sufiyan, Firdaus and Irfan. They made us feel at home, and nothing was too much trouble for them especially the karak chai.

Housekeeping stuff Always doing his work with a smile on his face and makes us feel welcome. His cleaning of our room, bathroom and the reception area is exceptional. He’s also careful to replenish any missing items in the room, like water, toothpaste, shampoo, etc

The service here is very quick and nice. The staff is very helpful and cooperative always doing their work with a smile on their faces and making us feel welcome. They have dealt us with full attention. Everything was delivered beautifully and in perfect order. The quality of the service itself was outstanding and the presentation was visually appealing.

The restaurants staffs need better hospitality training. The breakfast menu need to be changed daily, not to repeat the same thing daily. The reception need communication training & improve in english. Otherwise the room services & technicians give good service & good respond to our need.
