I absolutely love this hotel, i was lucky enough to get a room that was facing the Kaaba, the view was amazing. Not only that, but there was a wide option of food in the hotel cafeteria. The cleaning services were very nice, fast and friendly. It's also very easy to go anywhere since its also connected to the mall. Overall this hotel is 10/10 Definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

The hotel has a clean environment. The room is well-tidied and we are provided with various amenities. The food is amazing and we received great services from the staffs. Would like to send our gratitude to M Ilyas, he is very friendly and helpful during our stay.

We stayed there for 5 nights and for room service there was Istiak Ahmed a very helpful and generous guy, always available with every stuff you need. We had breakfast and Aminul Islam was our server, he was very supportive and polite, and served with a smile on his face, very good service at M1 restaurant.

We are pleased with the service of Md. Aminul Islam at dining for his good hospitality.
Location is really very nice. We have traveled with our senior parents. For the location it was really helpful for us for pray at every time.

Amazing experience. Rooms were a bit conjusted with 4 beds which makes it lose 1 star but overall ambiance was great. Also, the suhoor buffet at floor M1 under Mr.Yasir’s management was fantastic with Mr.Shahab being there always to help us out.
