Very Nice Rooms and Amenities was good Keep Clean and very good Services of Housekeeping we stay 2 days 23-25 Mar 2024 with my family Services are good Mr. Abbas who was in constant contact with us, and we sensed from him his keenness to make us happy and comfortable during our stay. Indeed, no matter what I say about him, I cannot give him enough thanks and gratitude

Very old furniture & rooms. Seems they don’t do maintenance very often. Room suite not working. Old electrical sockets & lamps. Most elevators from ground to floor P11 are not working, or in very bad condition. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone later. Compared to the ones on same towers with same price and new rooms with good service

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! LOST OVER $1000. LOCATION IS NOT WORTH IT. We booked a suite for 3 nights and had to leave after the first because of how dirty it was. There were stains on the couch, doors, beds, carpets, furniture… literally everywhere. We couldn’t even use the bathroom in peace because of all the mold growing in there. The “kitchenette” had no plates/cups/spoons - it was literally empty and also cupboards were falling apart, tiles were cracked. We even asked for a plate and they said no. When we raised our concerns to the manager, they offered to move us to another room… with the same issues…. They essentially said the issues are standard in a classic room and if we didn’t want these issues, we’d have to pay for a renovated room. I was already paying $600 night, and for a supposedly 5 star hotel, this is not what I was expecting. Also no amenities provided like shampoo, lotion, iron, slippers (which we didn’t mind anyway, but if you are expecting any amenities don’t stay here.) There must be a few decent rooms that a few lucky people get, but it’s not worth the risk to book here. We then checked out after the first night because it was so bad. I was told we’d be charged for the first night and not the subsequent two nights. The manager assured me that there would be no problems and they’ve put a note in the system not to charge the second two nights. I was charged for all 3 nights. I was also given an email address to contact if there were issues with the charge. I’ve sent about 5 emails in the past week and have not heard back. So I’ve lost over $1000 for the two nights because of this. Guests are better off booking literally any other hotel in the clock towers or even outside them since the gates closest to the clock towers are under construction anyway. EDIT: After one month of back and forth with various email addresses and phone numbers, I was able to get a refund for the last two nights of my stay.

Our recent stay at Pullman Zamzam was pleasant overall. Despite a slight delay during check-in due to the high rush and slow staff, the hotel's ambiance was commendable. The room was also clean and comfortable, although one issue was the air conditioning, which didn't work properly and the switch was faulty. Its standout feature is undoubtedly its proximity to Makkah, being just a 5-minute distance away. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend it, especially for its convenient location near Makkah.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time, but unlike my first visit, I was deeply disappointed with the experience. The room provided to me was not only tiny but also felt extremely outdated. The amenities offered were limited, and the furniture appeared very old and worn, which was not at all what I would expect from a hotel that claims a 5-star rating. Furthermore, the main lift seemed poorly maintained, adding to the overall impression that the hotel is not being looked after properly. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, this alone couldn’t make up for the other shortcomings. Considering the overall experience, which fell well below my expectations, I cannot recommend this hotel. It appears that it is not maintained to the standard one would anticipate from a 5-star establishment, and my experience was a testament to that.
