The worst tennis court in Jeddah right now. You can easily injure yourself playing on it. They also don’t have a steam room for like the second time I visited them in 6 months. Other than this, the hotel is wonderful. Helpful staff. ?

The best location amongst all Marriott Properties in Jeddah. The corniche is the best place to unwind after a day of work. And the Sheraton is on the corniche with most rooms having lovely views of the Red sea. There are numerous cafes and restaurants located adjacent to the hotel. Careem or uber is easily available to get around town. Check in was smooth but our room took forever to get ready. A real shame with he promised early check in with Bonvoy. The rooms and bathrooms are modern. The hotel may seem dated from the outside, but the rooms and restuarants have been recently renovated. Breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and prompt. And they had a make your own smoothie section with protein powder. A first in any hotel for us. The lounge on the 11th floor was perfect to work or just look out at the red sea. Saudi is a dry country, so do not expect happy hours at the lounge. The pool was always empty, we were not sure if it can be used as men and women cant be seen without modest clothing. The gym was well equipped, and can only be used by men. Highly recommend the Sheraton for anyone travelling to Jeddah. For the views and location.

I had a very pleasant experience from the check in, dining to the check out. I stayed at a club renovated room, I mostly like the convenient location with an easy access to the walking track by the sea and the nearby cafes and restaurants. Will be back.

Executive suite was full of mosquitoes. I couldn’t sleep. Was there for only to spend the night after a domestic flight and a long international to follow. I booked this hotel to have a good sleep before a long flight. Very disappointing that I spent the whole night awake. I did mention this at the check out without being asked. Didn’t expect from a hotel of this standard. Keep your rooms free of mosquitoes.

Stayed several times, in a prime location. Lobby is nice. Best Rooms are in the main building. The staff is friendly, the place is clean.
