This was one of the best hotels I've been to. The service was excellent and the WiFi was strong. The staff were friendly and there were lots of personalized items in the room itself. They have a very nice shuttle going to Masjid An-Nabwi every Jamaat.

Such an amazing place to stay. Shuttle service to Madinah is amazing and always on time, Ibrahim runs the shuttle service and is one of the nicest and humble person I've ever met. Rooms were very clean. Customer service by Ahmed on the front desk was excellent!

The hotel to begin with is very clean. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable . Thanks to Mr Abdullah for giving us a really good room as we were all so exhausted from journey n just wanted enough space to just unwind . The only problem is the location . The road is under construction n hence u have to go back and forth on a taxi

This hotel advertises things that are completely wrong. Save your money and go to a different hotel. To start off with the shuttle does not leave on time and will not pick you up on time. The shuttle when it decides to leave will take more than 30 mins to get to the haram at any given time. It seems like the staff here does not understand English or Arabic. The only helpful person in this entire hotel are the bellhop and Sultan. After a long day there is not even hot water to take a shower in. The beds are very itchy with possibility of bed bugs. Please be worrisome when booking this hotel as it is a classic bait and switch. They will charge for things that is not within there rights

Lovely staff everything about this hotel is perfect friendly staff clean rooms nice breakfast. Shuttle service always on time 10 min walk from Haram. I want to mentioned reception staff they were so friendly and become my friends during my stay ??
