An excellent hotel with a super friendly staff. They always do their best to help you and make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is always ready to help. The room and the toilet are also very clean. There is a shuttle for every prayer. Highly recommend.

Best hotel in Madinah. They had shuttle service to Prophet's (PBUH) mosque during Ramadan and also free buffet for suhoor. Ahmed (sorry if I misspelled) at the front desk made sure we had everything and he was very humble and professional. Best experience was Mount Uhud view from our room. MashaAllah! I couldn't get enough of the views. ❤ There's also a McDonald's just couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, great hotel to stay in Madinah.

Nice stay with family. Room was big, neat and clean. Shuttle service was excellent and reliable and staffs were cooperative.
Supermarket was missing in the neighborhood.

This hotel is relatively new. The rooms are comfortable and possibly the best bar fridge I've ever had the pleasure to use. Everything is neat and clean and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Madina Al Munowarah.

This was one of the best hotels I've been to. The service was excellent and the WiFi was strong. The staff were friendly and there were lots of personalized items in the room itself. They have a very nice shuttle going to Masjid An-Nabwi every Jamaat.
