Really deserve 5 stars and high perfect rate for all parts , staff , restaurant, cleaning, space .
You feel everything is selected and especially employee Irishan he is a nice and good one

I would say local 5 star hotel. Rooms are quite big and spacious. We have our own car, we could park inside Haram parking underground. Only for Friday to avoid traffic we took taxi and rest prayers we drove.
If management can give us options without breakfast, that would be helpful and reduce down the price.

One of the best hotels in madina, rooms are very spacious, toilet very clean , also very quite, good customer relation and very effective, friendly and generous. A little bit far from haram but the bus is punctual and effective

First of all, I would like to thank all reception staff. They are very collaborative and professional. Especially , Ahmed and murad .
Also I would like to Thank Arishan he is very helpful, friendly and professional too . Rooms are really nice and extremely clean like the pictures. Beds are very comfy . Food is ok . Location is good .Thank you very much. We enjoyed our stayed. Will come soon inshallah
