It’s my very first time that I have visited to do my umrah to Madina … this hotel is located exactly opposite to the Haram … my view from my hotel room was so beautiful and the location is so perfect … I used to come down from the room and just at 50 meters walk We can perform namaz all five times a day. Besides the hospitality, the cleanliness, the interiors of the hotel was so wonderful and I felt like I stayed in a five-star which can be easily termed as a seven star hotel. It was a completely awesome experience and I hardly recommend this hotel to everyone. They made my stay very beautiful and memorable … I am very addicted to Indian food, but I absolutely had no issues in adopting myself to the food available in this hotel as they had Dal rice biryani and the best cuisine available it did not give me a feeling of missing Indian food at all. My stay and experience for so comfortable that I so wish. I could extend my travel journey, but because of my professional commitments I have to go back. I hope to come back the next year if God permits and stay at the same place .

Excellent .. Location just 2 minutes walk from gate 330. Very close to Bin Dawood supermarket The room although little bit small but housekeeping staff very polite and give excellent service i.e offering mineral water, change clean towel without beeing asked The restaurant also excellent, the food really good and the waiter very responsive n polite

The location of this hotel is excellent. I'd say less than a minute to the haram.. we asked for a quad room and they gave a triple with 1 bed placed in.. room was too small to fit our luggage so we had to take out the furniture..its a busy road can hear the taxi horns..not sound proof windows..electricity cut off 3 times..dark an gloomy inside the room..basically needs work.

I'm giving 5stars for the location of the hotel. The rooms were a little on the smaller side but comfortable. The bathroom was allso decent size. We had suhoor and iftar included, the restaurants were very busy in Ramadan. The food i found was nice, more for the palate of the middle eastern cuisine. My highlight was the amazing omlettes for breakfast. Even though it was a bit of a wait. Can't complain. Staff were amazing. Alhamdulillah
