The location is brilliant....the room service and cleaning service was non existent, though it was Eid Al adha when we went, so the staff on hand had to deal with a full hotel. Book and pay for parking in advance, eventhough we booked, someone else paid before and took the parking available. The food was tastier and we had more options at Al Rawdah Royal Inn than at the Al Anwar Movenpick, which was great!

Oldies but goodies.
Altough the room and facilities are well maintained we cant shake the feeling of old building. However, the warm and friendly staffs are plus points that we can not easily get in saudi arabia hotel even with the higher rates. Only 100 m from gate 330 of Nabawi. You can run when iqomah and still dont miss a rakaat. Definitely my first choice of hotel in Medina

Close to masjid nabawi, very near by walking distance to gate#33. The breakfast n meal provided in hotel's resto is vary and specially I love the salad that is freshy n tasty. The hotel is located in commercial areas. so it is easy to go n find something needed. The room need to improve for having frequent house keeping.
