Very good location with very professional management and excellent service. I had an issue when checking in with one of the employees at the front desk, but it was quickly resolved by management.
We a group of 5 came during Ramadan, and the hotel has a great variety and delicious food at their buffet.
Will strongly recommend this place, and will definitely come back here.

Excellent service. The mosque was a short walk away and the staff and concierge were very helpful and accommodating. Especially Mr. Jashimuddin who was very helpful and responsive to our requests for room assistance through our stay. He went above and beyond and I am thankful for his excellent service.

Lovely location and close to the haram. We stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom suite so it was very large and spacious. However the decor and bathrooms etc are extremely dated and need an upgrade. Service of the staff was wonderful though. Armaan at breakfast was great and so was the reception and cleaning staff. If staying here be sure to ask for a room with windows facing areas of light otherwise the rooms can be quite dark. Overall once we adjusted, we enjoyed our stay. Hotels location and breakfast is also wonderful.

All staff is so nice , perfect services!
They upgrade our room in to Suites room 😭✨
Jashim udon excellent!!! Need Quran in the middle of the night , they provide it 🫶🏻
Breakfast is so good , so many choices and they let us to bring the food to our room !
The room is so comfortable , the bathroom is so clean!
This hotel smells so good ,
Perfect!

Awlad Hussein was a great housekeeper for this facility, he was very diligent with his cleaning and constantly made sure that my family and I were well cared for. He cleaned everything very thoroughly and made sure we felt right at home.
