Amazing from beginning to end. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Everything was quite tidy. There was every convenience imaginable in the accommodation. Big and really comfortable, the bed. The smellies and incense were a great addition. I love the smell damn much ! In contrast to other more traditional hotels, everything felt modern and fresh.

Could not sleep. Noisy and cold.
Window open 5th floor. No window safety latch.
For a child safety serious hazard.
No money back. Complained at desk.
TV was direct. From remote could not switch off. Had to pull out cable to sleep.
Bathroom dirty.

Totally not 5 star based on experience. Maybe 2 or 3 stars. But service tiptop. Room cleaning guy does work well. In restaurant, Mansoor the handsome guy did well. Very helpful and lively all the time. Pleasant. Just hope they keep up with their hotel maintenance and cleanliness better and fix whatever's needed. Best thing is its near to Nabawi and Bin Dawood haha

Our double twin bed room is superb although small with all the accessories available for use. Very convenient and staff ready to assist. The food choices were exceptionally in various choices.

Toilet moldy and slimy. Smell bad rises when hot water was running.
Sink was dirty.
Carpet was dusty and dirty.
Entire room's wallpaper was stained and grimy.
TV not working.
WiFi connection bad.
Room telephone not working so u can't call for House keeping service or reception.
House keeping very bad and inconsistent, one day we asked for water and they simply said they don't have water....and that's it. They didn't even bother coming back later with water.
Location is excellent near gate 330.
