Found hairs on bathrobe! Hairs on Bedsheets and pillow. Some towels have dirty stains! Room is very small. Iron board need to request to get it in the room. Toothbrush wasn't in the room as we enter. Totally don't feel like a 5 star hotel.

If you honestly think this is a 5 star hotel, think again. WiFi reception is next to nothing in the hotel room. The TV does not work. The bedside phone is not connected to the management staff. Be specific with what you request to housekeeping because we had no ironing board and the iron itself, so we requested the ironing board thinking that they would also bring the iron but no! Do they not have a checklist? We also noticed there were not one but TWO small cockroaches in the hotel room! With management fault aside, some guests seem to take the food from the restaurant to their level/room and leave their finished plates on the tables at the lift lobby area. The only good thing of all these is the proximity to Masjid Nabawi.
If I were you, I'd spend my money somewhere else.

Credit must b given 2 d restaurant waiter, Mansoor 4 a job very well done. Always smiling, always greeting, fast worker, clear d table well so d space is waiting 4 d customers, forever & always helpful. It makes one experience a memorable one, even if d food isn't.

Less than average hotel. Bathroom had no divider between shower and other utilities which made the floor extremely slippery and the water would go everywhere. The sink was detached and the table next to the sink was rusty.
The breakfast buffet was inedible. Floors around the buffet were sticky. The scrambled eggs had an unsettling slimey texture. Utensils were stained and also sticky. You could see several smudges on drinking glasses and mugs. Overall cleanliness was a 3/10. Do not opt in for anything food related at this hotel.
Hotel refused to refund us for the breakfast buffet for two days under the excuse that we were given a special price offer for the room. The head receptionist was unprofessional and rude when I was simply asking for a refund for how disgusting the buffet was.
I would have rather payed the extra 100-200 riyals and stay at any better hotel in the area.

Strategically located close to masjid nabawi and supermarket (bin dawood). Staffs are great especially in the restaurant who greet us with “apa kabar? Terima kasih.. hatur nuhun” but the room itself is not my fav. Lifts and Water are the worst parts! They only have less than 10 lifts for customer of the whole building. Everytime i took a bath, it felt like hell. Water is extremely hot even my skin get burnt. My mom experienced the same thing.
