The hotel is basic, terribly basic. There are no USB ports or any type of basic standards of a modern hotel. Things like enough water or shampoo isn’t provided. And the rooms are quite old. The staff is nice, but horribly unresourceful. The wedding venue is nice, otherwise, it’s not worth it

Nice hotel with excellent service and delicious food. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Hotel staff are polite, friendly and always willing to help. Specially Mr. Salah at hotel front desk will go extra mile to help and make your stay a memorable one.

I had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Blu, Riyadh. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. Salah, at the Front desk is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues.

The hotel needs some maintenance and renovations but is still comfy and relaxing, and has a good fitness center with pool, gym, sauna, steam room & massage. The hotel have a variety of restaurants but I didn't try it . Service and staff was nice and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay overall.

I didn't try the hotel my experience was the sohour buffet which was good , variety of dishes Chinese, indian, Saudi mandi, beans and koshari was there desert was delicious
I recommend it to everyone
